Terms and Conditions

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation & Date Changes:

• More than 28 days before arrival:
  A $50 cancellation fee plus a 1.73% credit card surcharge will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance will be credited*.
• 14 to 28days before arrival:
  A non-refundable $150 fee plus a 1.73% credit card surcharge will be deducted from the amount paid, with the remainder credited* for future use.
• 8 to 13 days before arrival:
  A cancellation fee equal to 50% of each night booked will be deducted. The remaining balance will be credited*.
• 7 days or less before arrival:
  No refunds or credits will be issued.

Credited* – any remaining amount after cancellation fee’s have been deducted, will be credited towards a Gift voucher for future stay at Dawson’s Retreat which are valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Once a booking is cancelled, the dates become available for new reservations and may not be available if you change your mind.

Gift Voucher Policy:

Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. They are transferable but cannot be refunded for cash.

We suggest you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential losses due to cancellation.

Terms and Conditions

Dawson’s Retreat is exclusively designed to accommodate a maximum of two adult guests. Children and pets are not permitted.

The property is not suitable for events, gatherings, or visitors, and under no circumstances may more than two adults be on the premises at any time.

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in immediate eviction without refund.
